WOMENSWEAR DESIGN DIRECTOR

Rosie joined the team in September 2021 to lead the creative on all things Womenswear, and help build our in-house denim brand DALA.

Rosie’s previous roles have been within design and management for major retailers such as Urban Outfitters and H&M, alongside consulting for independent and start up brands.

MENSWEAR DESIGN DIRECTOR

Part of the founding team and very well regarded across the industry, Jono has excellent knowledge in all areas of menswear design.

Prior to Raw Jono worked for ASOS, Top Man Warehouse. In his free time Jono also creates his own private streetwear brand.

JUNIOR DESIGNER WOMENSWEAR

Simone joined Raw in March 2021 after previously working for ASOS, Topshop, Adidas Originals, and Old Navy Active. She worked across outerwear, jersey, denim, and active wear and is leading the charge on womenswear design here at Raw.

DESIGN ASSISTANT - SPORTS/ACTIVE

After graduating from her design degree at the Manchester School of Art in June 2020, Emma joined the Raw team in March 2021 as an Assistant Designer for the Raw sports active department.

Emma is super talent that never gives anything less than 100% on every project and task thrown at her. We at Raw love witnessing her progression everyday.

DESIGN ASSISTANT - WOMENSWEAR

Recently graduated from UAL in fashion design, Amy joined the Raw design team in March 2022 as womenswear design assistant. Amy previously worked J&M Davidson within fashion marketing also Urban Outfitters, Ashley Williams & Cottweiler as a design intern.

We’re very excited to see Amy grow with raw working with such a new talented designer.
